Open the blue control number to reach the certificate. Save that completed output rather than relying only on the status label.
Request Under Review
The request is in the processing queue. PSP explicitly says this does not mean a criminal record exists.
No Items Found
The status lookup details were entered incorrectly. Check the query against the original submission; this is not the same as a No Record certificate.

The PATCH overview identifies the Pennsylvania State Police Central Repository as the database checked using the supplied identifying information. The request page says this does not search federal records. A copy of a particular court filing and a separate child-abuse clearance are different outputs.
